While walk-ins are welcome based on availability, we recommend booking 24-48 hours in advance to ensure your preferred time slot and therapist.

Your first visit includes a brief wellness consultation, facility tour, and a personalized treatment plan based on your needs and preferences.
Are your treatments suitable for all skin types?
Yes, our treatments are customized for all skin types and conditions. Please inform your therapist about any allergies or sensitivities.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Do you offer group bookings or corporate packages?
Yes, we offer customized group and corporate packages. Please contact us directly for details and quotations.
What are your operating hours?
Both our locations are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. Monday is closed. Please contact us for holiday timings.
